my ears are still burning [living]
i must be getting masochistic as i get older because i finished repiercing my ears tonight. i started yesterday. i don't have enough earrings to fill all the holes as they heal back up after getting repierced. that, and due to the pain, i thought i'd do a few, heal, and then do the rest. but no, i had to go out tonight and buy some more earrings and finish the job. in 2 days i reopened what took me roughly 12-13 years to do. looking in the mirror, it is so strange to see myself with earrings on again. i have become quite accustomed to seeing no earrings for months on end. it feels kinda like i'm in drag.
