skull Projects

Another "project" of mine is to minimize my life and I'm starting off by selling (and a few trades) most of my music collection. For now I am only listing about 200 pieces at a time, otherwise it becomes too much to deal with. If you do not see what you are looking for, then email me which band you are interested in and I'll see if I have what you're looking for. half.com, ebay, amazon.com, lala.com

here's what happens to the brothers of eggs [ingesting]

this is not why i'm vegan but if you eat eggs here's a part of the process you may not know about. (and this is all eggs, including organic and free-range)

now that you've seen that, i have just a couple of small comments. this clip was apparently from jamie oliver's fowl dinners. i didn't see this show in its entirety, just this clip, but am interested in the whole show and others like it. i think it may be shocking to some but it's good to build a relationship with your food, whether animal or vegetable. this means growing it or killing it yourself. these days we are so disconnected from our food sources and thus don't really know the quality of it and take it for granted. last, chicken was my favorite when i ate meat and fake chicken is my favorite fake meat. i don't even know why i eat fake meat. when i first went vegan, it was much more healthy, a total change in the way i approached food. then it became vegan versions of the crap food i used to eat, which is just more processed crap that makes you fat.

"which is just more processed crap that makes you fat." I second that. Also, sugar is a major culprit. Some people tend to think that if they give up meat then they can eat as much sweets as they want. Healthy is healthy and that means moderation on all counts.
