skull Projects

Another "project" of mine is to minimize my life and I'm starting off by selling (and a few trades) most of my music collection. For now I am only listing about 200 pieces at a time, otherwise it becomes too much to deal with. If you do not see what you are looking for, then email me which band you are interested in and I'll see if I have what you're looking for. half.com, ebay, amazon.com, lala.com

los angeles union rescue mission robbed [living]

i saw this piece on the morning news but i just had to comment because it absolutely disgusts me. a homeless shelter was robbed and it was apparently an inside job. there's a safe there holding the money of many who use the shelter. imagine pandering the streets and actually find some work and saving your money in hopes that one day you might be able to have a place. that you might finally get off the streets. well that dream is ruined for people at the shelter. the thieves went straight to the safe and used a blowtorch or something, i can't quite recall from the morning news. anyway, they knew the place pretty well. there wasn't a sign of a break-in apparently. they just went for the safe, took a shitload of money, wrapped a towel around a lightbulb, and once the the fire alarm went off, escaped with everyone else. as always, thieves leave behind their tools and other traces. if you bothered to plan it this far, why leave evidence? also, there's a security camera. the shelter thinks their insurance will cover the robbery but aren't sure. hopefully they catch the bastard(s) soon!
