skull Projects

Another "project" of mine is to minimize my life and I'm starting off by selling (and a few trades) most of my music collection. For now I am only listing about 200 pieces at a time, otherwise it becomes too much to deal with. If you do not see what you are looking for, then email me which band you are interested in and I'll see if I have what you're looking for. half.com, ebay, amazon.com, lala.com

casa de tree [ingesting]

today we did some christmas shopping and then went to casa de tree, an organic vegan deli/bakery run by japanese. the result is exactly what i have been looking for and wonder where in japan could i possibly find such a place. i wanted to try their okonomiyaki so i could critique the ones i've been making as taught by my mom. however, they were out of it. instead we got a couple of things and shared them, such as pizza and a sandwich. the food is yummy with some treats from modern japanese cuisine that you just don't find in ordinary vegan places. besides, i can't think of any other vegan bakeries or places like this unless i wander west los angeles. casa de tree isn't close to me, but it's easier than going to the west side. plus, with the japanese aspect, i can bring my mom along one day. it is in a side of town where japanese live so nearby are some japanese shops. plus, there is a whole foods market next to it as well. the worker who took our order said tonight they were having his friend's band play--a black metal band who was going to try jazz tonight. too bad we didn't know about it beforehand as we could have planned our day accordingly. but with all these things in the area, maybe i should move next door?
