brown bag lunches [ingesting]

i haven't been bringing brown bags but i have been bringing a lunch every day since i started this job. today was my first day of buying lunch. that's a pretty good record for me because usually the numbers are inversed. it's healthier and more economical to bring your own lunch so i want to stick with it but today was the last day before winter break and my carpool group wasn't coming in together today. since i drove, i thought i should take advantage of it and head down to westwood village to have lunch at native foods, now that i'm so close.

ironically the issue i have now with bringing in lunches is that i do not have access to a fridge nor microwave. this makes it incredibly difficult to pick foods which will not spoil or taste good at room temperature, though i am getting used to it. there are some spots close to where i work on campus to that sell food but i'm not sure how much of it is vegan-friendly. i have read a review about mr. bento, a modern day bento box that keeps food hot/cold. i might have to invest in that because i like my food warm.
