year end yosc meeting [working]

went to a yosc meeting today and it's just the same old thing over and over again without accomplishing anything. the same issues get brought up and postponed to the next meeting. it's the end of the year and we evaluated things. i say it was a crap year because here we are a year later and it's the same faces. we didn't really bring in anyone new. the turn out for the events has been quite low overall. this is a group that's supposed to work for other so i thought but if there's no one to hold events for, why bother having such a group? it's not even an elite clique. it's a couple people who get together who dare call themselves a group representing others. as the months went on this year, this sort of thing just bugged me more because you really can't plan to do things if there's no one to participate. *sigh*
