not quite laid off just yet [working]
well i'm not quite laid off just yet. i was asked to go down to the corporate office to train the receptionist to do some duties i used to do. *ouch* it's a bit of a drive and only for a few days but i need the money because who knows how long i will be unemployed. it was really weird to go down there and everyone looked like they had seen a ghost when i walked by. afterall, i'm supposed to be laid off. in a few days i won't have a job anymore but all these people still will. it's such a strange feeling.
