skull Projects

Another "project" of mine is to minimize my life and I'm starting off by selling (and a few trades) most of my music collection. For now I am only listing about 200 pieces at a time, otherwise it becomes too much to deal with. If you do not see what you are looking for, then email me which band you are interested in and I'll see if I have what you're looking for. half.com, ebay, amazon.com, lala.com

thank god for moms [living]

this morning the garage door would not open! it's broken! ah! when i came home from work last night, twiddle thumbs pointed out to me how she thinks the garage door is broken. "nargh, it's fine!", i balked. we just never noticed that it looked funny before. we opened/closed the door several times and all was well. cut to this morning. it would not open. a horrid noise came out of the garage door opener struggling to open it. perhaps it just needs help? i pushed on the door because it seems maybe a spring is broken. no. it budged a little but just a crack. how are we going to get to work if we cannot get our cars out of the garage?

well thank god for moms! as we were trying to get a hold of our landlord and finding a garage door repair person, i called my mom and she said she'd help out. she drove us both to work (opposite directions!). once at work, i had to give her a mini tour of the office because she has never visited my workplace before. then she returned to pick me up and take me to an event i am helping out at tonight. i'll say it again, despite the growing pains and all, thank god for moms!
