skull Projects

Another "project" of mine is to minimize my life and I'm starting off by selling (and a few trades) most of my music collection. For now I am only listing about 200 pieces at a time, otherwise it becomes too much to deal with. If you do not see what you are looking for, then email me which band you are interested in and I'll see if I have what you're looking for. half.com, ebay, amazon.com, lala.com

integrity lost [screaming]

i'm so upset over a transaction gone sour. i've been selling some of my things online but one person who bought a cd is claiming it was an unauthorized transaction on the credit card so not only did paypal take back the funds that the person paid but they also charged me a $10 fee for the dispute. the buyer has not returned any of my emails since i sent their cd (the next business day after receiving payment i might add) so i am only left to assume that they are guilty of fraud. as it was an online transaction and paypal made such a decision, i'm very frustrated. so last night i posted to craigslist lost and found! i posted that the buyer's integrity was lost and if someone could please help find it. of course this is not what the lost and found section is for so the post was flagged by craigslist. however, there were some kind souls who took pity on my situation and did a search of public records and submitted the info to me. i do know if what they gave me is current nor what exactly i can do with is. i mean, if i call this person, what are the chances that they won't hang up? all i want is the person to do the honorable thing and respond. drop the dispute, pay me the fee that paypal charged me, or return the cd to me. let's call this a lesson learned. paypal's service has fine print. that fine print is not only do you have to mail items to the verified address (which i did) but you must send it with a registered method such as tracking number (which i never do because i always send first class without issue). i have screencaptures of the correspondence for the transaction but paypal did not rule in my favor since i do not have a tracking number. i suspect the buyer i dealt with knows the loopholes and is exploiting it. if you sell items online, beware.
