this summer i've been trying to obtain all the gear i need to go camping. it's something i said i was gonna do this year. i set a deadline for camping by the end of summer. and it's just not gonna happen. i haven't acquired all the materials in time. i don't even mean luxurious camping. i don't have a tent yet. can't camp without a tent. i've acquired things here and there, not really looking for them. i have a list of things i need but haven't gone to stores specifically to cross things off the list, which is my basic problem. perhaps it's be easier to buy the rest of materials online and just have it shipped to me. the goods come to me instead of me going to the goods. one thing i did read about recently on cool tools is some field tweezers. this would be great for removing splinters because when you're outdoors, you know someone is going to get splinters. i know i've read of other items of interest on their site but i've never purchased anything. perhaps it's time to browse through and find other items good for camping.
