this morning i dropped twiddle thumbs off at union station. i know i've been there before, i just can't remember. i remember taking the train as a kid once. perhaps we went from union station to san diego and spent some times at the park and museum. i have no friggin' idea! that's why today was more like my first time ever going inside union station. it's nice. the plaque on the wall said it was built in 1939. so it has the late art deco look. the massive lights hanging from the ceiling remind me of lights inside a catholic church. overall it's quite clean but the bathrooms need just a bit of work.

already i'm airport girl at work because i'm the designated drop off/pick someone up from the airport person. next thing you know, i will be planes, trains, and automobile girl. oh wait, i already am because i pick up/drop off people in my automobile!
