twiddle thumbs and nopalita cooked up a vegetarian feast! they even made mexican food i have never ate before, let alone heard of. chilaquiles. where have i been and why has no one told me about this before? i couldn't picture it clearly by their descriptions so i needed to see it for real. nopalita requested a fake meatloaf so twiddle thumbs searched for a recipe. you can't have a loaf without mashed potatoes so she made that too. my contribution was some pure tequila, the most expensive alcohol i've ever bought. (i didn't want any additives or caramel coloring.) overall, i was stuffed!
