this morning i got up early so that i could go to dhl to pick up a package. it wasn't what i thought it would be. i thought it was a recent order i placed. looking at the package, no, it's something dhl has had since april 11th!!! this is an order i placed in march. what the fuck you fuckers?! they only called me about it yesterday. they said they've been trying to deliver, tried twice, left notices, etc. i practically called the lady a liar. i said i never received any notices. i went over there and they were closed which is why i had to go again today. the lady didn't tell me their hours and i got there 20 minutes after they closed. anyway, dhl sucks. fuck them.

after work i went to get my tires changed because that's something else i couldn't do yesterday. i went late and that's my bad i know. the costco i went to didn't have my tires in stock and it was too late to go anywhere else reasonably priced. the guy looked up that another costco had them. so after work that's where i went to. i had to wait fucking forever! they said 2.5 hours which was a lot longer than i could keep myself entertained with perusing the aisles. there was no other stores in the complex that i could eat dinner at either. so i hung out in the store and even in my car until they put it on the rack. cut to over 3 hours after i brought it in and i'm waiting in the lobby. employees go bye and no one says anything. one guy calls me "shannon? your car is ready". something like that. the other employee says "that's not her." then the first guy asked me which car was mine and he was shocked and had that face like "did we even work on that car today? or that was a long time ago man!" he said my car was ready and gave me the key. gee thanks fuckers for telling me right away that my car was ready! anyway, costco sucks. fuck them.
