that would be yahoo in japanese. yahoo japan auctions are a very dangerous place for me to browse. i have come across so many buck-tick items i covet. i caved in last week or so and created a yahoo japan id. i contemplated bidding. what i wanted was so expensive that i decided against it. actually, a higher power intervened. i tried to call my mom and if she picked up, i would bid. (to call to ask permission to have the item sent to her brother's house.) she didn't pick up any of her lines. but after that more things i wanted went up. something i had never seen for sale at any price. and it was a low bid. fuck it, i'm bidding! i consulted a couple people before i bid though. i mean, it's a big burden to put on people, can i send mail to your house, can you hold it for me and crap. anyway, i bid and the price went too high. but i got crazy and bid on multiple things. i didn't realize one of them doesn't take credit cards. i figured i could pay for all with my card. turns out, i won a few of those. i tried to pay the ones with cards and it didn't take my card. fuck. now i have to be a bigger burden. now instead of just asking my uncle for holding my mail, now i have to ask my brother to pay with his japan-issued credit card. i hope he is checking email. i hope he can do it. otherwise i have to be a bigger burden to my uncle. i already wrote to my uncle to ask him nicely as well as my mom. after this no more bidding. (until i move to japan! waaahahaa)
i purposely did not use a bidding service because why should i?! i'm japanese enough not to. i got connections. why should i overpay someone to do these things? no way. maybe i will move to japan and run a bidding service! hahahahaaa
