supposedly tonight i was going to try posole for the first time. twiddle thumbs's family was getting together for posole and her mom was going to make some without meat for twiddle thumbs. me going too meant that for sure her mom would make enough without meat for us to eat. wrong! twiddle thumbs's older sister placed an order with a vegetarian restaurant and we ate that instead. i knew we were ordering the veggie food but i didn't know that meant posole was being cut from our menu entirely. oh well. maybe i wouldn't have liked it anyway. who knows. i was watching twiddle thumbs's brother eat his bowl and was getting grossed out. twiddle thumbs reassured me that she always gets grossed out watching her brother eat anything. hahahaaaaa
