new look for me [living]
i went to the mall and got a hair cut 'cos they mailed out a promotional gift card. otherwise, i don't think i would have went even though i've felt like chopping off my hair. i decided to get a simple (conservative?) cut, just trim and even out this mess. then i got new clothes (expensive) and cheap shoes. i tried to get clothes i would not have picked in the past. something a bit more colorful, getting away from the whole black look. it's still very weird for me. is this my 30s look? ah!
