if i were my father's son [living]

we went to universal city walk with el prind and heliosphan and said our goodbyes. it was an extremely brief visit but we're glad that put up with the drive for us. we used to make that trip soooo many times. we'd go down to LA just for a concert. we were nuts. we must visit our friends in santa cruz and the san francisco bay area and sacramento. too many people. too little time off from work.

we had lunch at wasabi, a japanese restaurant there. highly overpriced. we walked around a bit and there was this display of a football figure where you could pop your head in. i wouldn't call it a cut out because it was 3-d. anyway, i had to do it. my father was a huge football fan. this is what i'd look like if i were my father's son:
