age complex [thinking]
in school, most of my friends were born 1 year before me. so why is that after all these years, they still think i'm 2 years younger than they are? we were only 1 grade apart. it's not like any failed or skipped ahead, causing a larger gap. i just find it odd. they also treat me like a kid (a bit) because they're 2 fucking years older. then they realize it's just 1 year. oops, are you supposed to treat me less like a kid now? perhaps this is partly the cause of my own age complex when dealing with people younger than me.
