sunday jam [living]
alpha tom left but before he went we all jammed together a little and that was pretty cool. we didn't really play any song or even sounded good, just alpha tom sounded good, hehehe. i let him use my acoustic guitar, i played my electric bass unplugged, and twiddle thumbs played her little electronic drum pads. i couldn't hear myself over the others so i just played whatever. through playing and our talking, i started thinking how awesome it would be to knock out a couple of original songs and just run off to a coffee shop to play them like that one night twiddle thumbs played with my only culture at the coffee shop. that sort of stuff helps you overcome stagefright and the associated fears of just being in front of people. i need to start working on some songs. i did that one crappy 'litmus test' thing with acid on the pc, now it's time to knock out some crappy songs using garageband on the mac. perhaps that's what i'll get started on while twiddle thumbs is away on business again this week. damn, i forgot about my other obligations i said i would do. so much to do, so little time.
