have you ever tried to spend a whole weekend at home, indoors, not leaving the house for anything? not even to check the mail? not even to answer the door for food deliveries? i have.
have you ever spent a whole day at work and never seen anyone else? i keep wondering if today will be the day but inevitably there is a delivery or a solicitor. some days the isolation sucks. i keep trying to remind myself of the good aspects of working in such a smally populated office. loneliness can be a drag but at least i don't work with people i can't stand.
