first day of looking at places to rent [living]
tonight we to tried to view the first place we had an appointment for but the guy changed his mind and will be showing it on the weekend so we swung by another place closeby. hmmm...charming definitely is code for small. if i didn't own anything but a table and a candle, this would be a very nice place. except, i'm not sold on the neighborhood. we'll see...we're very new to the market and trying to get a feel for it. both of us may have grown up in the suburbs but we've never rented in LA. plus, we're looking at areas we are not as familiar with.
