went to pf chang's with the girls. they went earlier this year and enjoyed it. the only thing i know about pf chang's is that it's fancy, has vegetarian/vegan options, and towelie from south park worked there as a waiter. we went to the one in long beach and yes, it is fancy but only in that middle class white people way. very nice of them to mark all the strict vegetarian items (no egg) on the menu. i think we only got 2 strict items though as one of the dishes were made with egg noodles. the place overall wasn't bad and our total was decent too. i'm sure the total would have been much different had we been meat eaters. we were quite bad though and had one of their desserts, fully knowing it wasn't vegan. the girls had it last time they went and it was so good that they still talk about it so they had to get it so that i could try it too. it was good but please, i don't need to eat that crap, especially if it's not vegan. there are plenty of decadent vegan desserts out there.
