it's been hot enough to cause a longing for ice cream treats so we went to wild oats for an ice cream run! thanks to a list on listsofbests.com (i love that site), there are a lot more frozen desserts suitable for vegans than i realized! we saw several of them at the store and didn't know which to pick. we settled on 4! we also got a few things to eat for meals so we didn't look like complete junk food pigs. one of the interesting things we found today was a veggie grain meat. we heated it up, sliced it up, and made sandwiches with lettuce, sprouts, and veganaisse. damn that was good. that was some good veggie grain meat. it's supposed to be like a stuffed bird. what exactly goes into it, i don't know. i don't remember the label. all i know was that it was a good meal.
