a stroll in the pork [living]

there is a terrible odor coming from the kitchen. twiddle thumbs thinks it smells like pork. when it started, i told my mom about it 'cos i figured it was probably from a mess she made. she said she couldn't smell it. the smell grew worse until it became unbearable--it spread throughout the house and i could no longer stand in the kitchen long enough to make food. still, the meat-eaters didn't smell it. i couldn't take it anymore, i had to take action. on monday i did everything i could think of to clean the possible sources of the foul stench. i removed the aluminum foil coverings on the stove burners, cleaned the stove, and replaced the foil. i scrubbed out the microwave. there was a large spill stain inbetween the counters and the refrigerator. i thought it was the culprit for sure. i soaked it with cleanser and scrubbed it away. i cleaned the floors and vacuumed up crap. oddly, i found a lot of broken glass. once everything was done, the odor persisted. i thought perhaps it had been absorbed by the plastic bags in the area. i threw those away and replaced them with fresh bags. it still stunk. i sprayed some "air freshener"--big mistake since it also reeks so there was dead flowers mixed with dead pig. eventually the freshener wore off but the porky smell remains. that is one persistent pig.
