i'm just here 'cos my friends are here [geeking]

lately i've been using myspace consistently because it's the best way to communicate with some of my friends. it's like checking email. every day or every other day, i gotta check myspace to see if certain friends have written to me. i always felt like myspace was a cyber whorehouse and hated the who has more friends competition but if you don't play into that shit, then it can't bother you. one other myspace thing that i've been doing lately is adding non-individual persons, (bands for example), in order to show them support that they have an audience out there. plus for some of them their myspace page is the equivalent of having a web page. they post news and other things of interest.
