and come back to resting position [living]
tonight i went to my first pilates class. damn, i am so not flexible. i wasn't as a kid and it's worse now as an adult. at some points in the class i just stared at the others who could stretch all the way. but i feel good that i went. i need to stretch often to help with back pain. when i stretch at home i don't push myself in the way that the pilates class did. since it's a free class i'll probably go every week. i just need to do some of these moves at home so eventually i can be one of the flexible ones too.
