today i went down to corporate again (over by carlsbad) but this time to train the replacement that was hired. i wasn't really prepared for it to be so soon. i wanted to write a manual on the basic job duties but i had barely begun it. so yesterday at the end of the work day i was in a mad rush to get out some more tasks covered in the manual.

i am happy though that for the first time i was prepared to take a picture of my favorite road sign: the watch out for illegal immigrants crossing sign. i got so caught up in driving that i almost missed it. but i was watching the odometer so now i know exactly how far away it is so that i'll always be prepared for photo ops.
