watching? more like not watching! [watching]

very disappointed and upset that my netflix queue hasn't been moving like it should. no time for twiddle thumbs and i to sit our butts down and watch the damn discs. not even on the weekends. one must work, cook, get groceries, clean, rests, delete spam, etc. when it's all done, don't really have time to watch an entire film and don't want to watch a film in pieces. if i watched them by myself and waited for when twiddle thumbs had time to watch them before returning the discs, it would be even more frustrating. that was how we did it earlier a couple months back.

my netflix queue is full. maxed out at 500 discs (including films not yet available on dvd). at a steady pace of 3 discs per week, it would take almost 3.5 years to watch everything in the queue today. it's like paying off a credit card when only paying the minimum every month--takes too long! this is really frustrating to me as a film major. i need my 2-3 new films a week fix! i think the only course of action to take is to sign up for the maximum of 8 discs out at a time, quit our jobs, and spend everyday netflixing our brains out.
