i've been taking online tests for the employment agencies. i did some earlier this week but now i'm doing a different set for a different company. these are so retarded. anyone who as ever worked in an office could pass them. anyone with a high school diploma and common sense could pass them. it's just really simple, easy stuff. basic math, understanding alphabetical order for filing purposes, protocol for taking messages, hypothetical situations, spelling, reading comprehension, etc. the tests that crack me up are the program tests. who doesn't know the shortcut for copy and paste? where to click to close, print, open, etc.? like i said, easy stuff. it's just shameful that i'm not scoring 100%. miss a couple questions so i get like only 90% or so. the scary thing is, the averages tend to be around 60%. who are these people? cave trolls?
