skullblog has a new look and it was long overdue. i streamlined things and made the color scheme a bit more subtle. i also added an about page. i changed some of the images from gif to png--this is the first time i've used png and it's long overdue. i've been wanting to redo all of calavera.com but never took the time to sit down and work out ideas. i have been wanting a lighter feel to skullblog rather than the stark black background, but still wanted to keep it monochromatic in the darker greys. i wanted to make the main calavera.com look more professional and perhaps a bit like a posada print. but i haven't worked on that at all yet. i decided to take out the time to do it today because i've been sick in bed all day and had nothing better to do. i could've continued my job search but i didn't feel up to it to talk on the phone.
