sore in the front and the back [living]
last night at the gym i did some power crunches. i could barely do them. it was damn hard. in total i only did about 15 and it was so tough that i had to leave that simple machine because it had me beat. i also spent some time on a rowing machine. the chart shows that it's for your back muscles. yeah right. everyone knows you row with your arms. well i feel it today honey! oh man. the center of my back hasn't burned this much since i was a kid with a really bad sunburn after a day at the beach. and the front hurts from the crunches. so no matter which way i stretch, i am in slight pain. joy!
