our stuff arrived. we had some luggage stored in auckland and sent for them yesterday. i'm surprised they came so quickly. now i'm really starting to feel settled in as i have my clothes again. how good it feels to know that you have your old standard pair of jeans. black jeans.

later in the day we went to buy tickets to the salford lads club smiths tribute show that will happen this weekend. the tickets were being sold at cosmic corner, a store that is just like pipeline. oh to be in santa cruz again. nostalgic. they had some shirts for sale with 'cuba' on it and a red star. i'm gonna have to get me some cuba shirts. it'll be cool.

tonight we watched "the doom generation" with our new flatmates. i guess it was our bonding moment. i haven't seen the film for so long. i know it's cheesy but tonight it was good. some lines are just so funny "you chunky pumpkin head"!
