we had a crappy dinner at midnight espresso, our formerly favorite place to get a vegan bite to eat. there were different workers. perhaps that was the difference. instead of the nice guys it was bitchy women. the music was really loud as always but it was total crap music. usually there is 1 or 2 songs that i actually like. the food was lousy. 3 reasons why the night at midnight espresso sucked. they didn't even serve me what i ordered but i ate it anyway. it was spicy as fuck so i couldn't finish it all. twiddle thumbs didn't finish her tofu burger so i ate some of bread with hummus that was left over. that has to be the worst hummus i have ever had. fucking cat food hummus. oh, and they overcharged us by $2. goddamn i cannot wait to get back to america and eat at my beloved native foods, now that's vegan done right!
