can't leave on same day as my friend [traveling]
this morning we went down to sta travel to change our tickets to leave the same day as our friend but the qantas flight on that day is full. so is the next day. and the next day. the guy got to the middle of july and we gave up. there is space on a flight 2 days before our friend leaves but that sucks to leave our friend behind for a few days. we'll have to think about this one.
in the afternoon we walked around to the various souvenir shops for more ideas on gift-giving. we passed by this ridiculous thing on sale:
