flatting [living]
i guess you could say i'm 'living' in new zealand now, instead of merely 'traveling' as i decided to take a place. we're flatting at the best place that we looked at thus far, (except for the bit about not mentioning she has a kid), however it's much colder than i thought it would be. the window doesn't shut properly, so there is a constant draft. it's really fucking cold! i don't know if i can put up with this constant cold nonsense.

while we were waiting to move in, we killed time in the morning by walking around the harbor. damn it's windy! seriously, it is very windy. cold wind. strong wind. the wind is so strong it moves you. the wind is so cold, your ears get frozen and fall off. thank god for my knit cap, otherwise i would no longer have ears!
