we made it to auckland. we got to the hostel and it was too early to check-in. so we put our luggage in a locker. then we had breakfast. then we walked around a little bit and are now in an internet cafe. it is raining a little bit, but otherwise sunny. it started to rain, which is why we went into the cafe. but about 5 minutes later, it's not raining anymore. i have only been in auckland a couple of hours so i have nothing much to report. i'm tired. my eyes would like to rest. i can't nap for about 4 more hours when the linen will be available at the hostel. i'll be checking out queen street in the meantime. i hope i can get my laptop connected soon so that i can upload photos. i have so many things to figure out to get settled in. internet should really be the last of my worries. i need a job and a place to live!
