kaidan tansu tte kakkoii yo [living]
we went to marukai with my mom because twiddle thumbs wanted to check it out. they had some antique furniture. i really liked the kaidan tansu (step/stairs dresser) from the edo period. it was very expensive though. $7000. they had new furniture that looked just like it, but made as an entertainment center for only $1800. every time i see furniture with incorporated steps, i think it's so cool.
