son of aladdin [ingesting]

we swung over to pamona to have dinner with an old friend of twiddle thumbs's. we had been craving middle eastern food and luckily there was such a restaurant close by. we ate at aladdin jr. it was pretty good. we started off with the cold appetizer combination, which consisted of something for everyone: hummus, baba ghanouj, tabouli, and stuffed grape leaves. for an entree, i had a vegetarian kabob with hot mint tea to drink. everything i had was pretty good. i just didn't try the stuffed grape leaves. i don't know why. probably because twiddle thumbs's friend really likes them and the only time i had them was in high school and i really didn't like it then. next time i'm offered stuffed grape leaves, i'll try them.
