twiddle thumbs's dad arrived today. he's going to help us out with moving our stuff down to LA. he cleaned up the backyard and that was a big help. for dinner we were going to go to parwana but it was closed. instead, we ate at saturn, of all places! her dad probably thought it was strange food but he didn't complain. it's strange to spend so much time with him because we can't really communicate. he always speaks spanish. his english is i think much better than he pretends. he uses english sparingly.
