today we sorta had a private, in-door yard sale. people we knew came over throughout the day to check out stuff we were hoping to get rid of, help us out, etc. first, lorraine and janez came over and bought a lot of stuff--thank god! they took the coffee table, halloween items, leather and suede jackets, computer chair, filing cabinet, etc. it really helped out. second, maile and julie came over to check out the place, to consider renting it. third, carol came over to deliver strawberries and check out the bookshelves. took a break and went to staff of life to buy vegan beauty products. wow, so many things to choose from. i was trying out all sorts of lotions and didn't really like any of them. got carried away and accidentally tried on lotion with collagen, yeuch! fourth, heliosphan came over and helped a lot with packing.
