stank it you can [living]

went to the gym today for the first time in months. i was just too busy preparing for graduation and then i just got lazy and put off buying my summer gym card. i decided to take my time at the gym very seriously. i was never very flexible but after years of not stretching at all, my muscles have become very tight. i decided to do the lowest settings of each machine i use for 4 sets of 30 reps. this way i would tone up instead of creating more muscle under layers of fat and looking bulkier. i warmed up with the stationary bicycle for 20 minutes, about 4.6 miles. i was at the gym for about 1 hour 20 minutes. then at home i did stretching for 40 minutes. i am going to try to keep this up, even if i'm on vacation and away from facilities, etc. today's workout wasn't so bad but i know i'm going to feel this tomorrow!
