italian for beginners [watching]

i watched my third dogme film, "italian for beginners". i remember when this was in the local indie house theater but i didn't go to see it then. i thought it was about some americans who were learning english and it just didn't interest me. oops. it turns out that this is really a sweet movie about some danes who happen to be taken an italian class, for beginners of course. at first i wasn't into it because i was doing something else as i watched the film. that's hard to do when you have to read subtitles! the lead actor from "mifune" is also in this film. now he plays a pastor. the character halfinn is such an ass. giulia is so cute with all her prayers for jorgen mortensen to like her. that's all i'm revealing.
