i am not a filmmaker, really [watching]
today i got the official email that "fatima mansion" was rejected for the santa cruz film festival. that's ok. i really didn't think they would pick it. the more i watch my film, the more i think it sucks. since making that piece, i've had more film ideas but i fail to write them down. since i can't actually bring to life all of the film ideas i have, i have considered writing them down as short stories for now, so that i have at least some record of them. when i used to create songs, there was a couple of lines i made up that i would love to practice but i never wrote them down or recorded them. i can't remember them at all anymore and i wish i could play them again.
