no, we don't have that either [living]

santa cruz lacks many chain stores that people might think are mandatory in every city. i am constantly telling others, "no, we don't have that here". wouldn't you know it, both i and twiddle thumbs received as presents, gift certificates to chain stores that do not exist in santa cruz. today we went 'over the hill' to hit the stores and redeem the certificates. when we got back, heliosphan came over and we watched "sleepy hollow" on the mini big screen. it turns out that heliosphan also received non-sc gift certificates and was shopping over the hill at the same time.
