i love my brother? [living]

as a token of getting closer with my brother, i wanted to a pin. when i found a site that was selling what i was looking for, i was surprised to see they sell a similar pin which i could give to him. (i love my brother, i love my sister, cheesy stuff like that) the prices were very reasonable and the shipping was a flat rate, no matter what you ordered. in my case it made the cost of the pins expensive but i didn't feel like buying a bunch of stuff i didn't want just to say i saved on shipping. the pins arrived quickly and i pleased but a little disappointed as the color scheme was the inverse of what was on the web site. i put my pin on my school bag and was going to send the other to my brother but it quickly went missing. i set it aside as soon as i opened the envelope but then twiddle thumbs did some cleaning and thinks the pin accidentally wound up in the trash. i didn't want to go through the trash, but i had to. it wasn't in the envelope. i didn't take the garbage to the dump because i was going to go through that bag and find the pin. i wasn't looking forward to it, but i didn't want to order it again. as soon as i opened the bag, i spotted it. it was safe, sealed in a plastic bag. *whew* that was a relief. now all i have to do is not lose it again before i mail it!
