Notes

A few videos have more than one version. "Uta" and "Kodo" each are singles with a video but then another video is available as part of the Six/Nine conceptual videos. As part of the bonus feature of some Buck-Tick video releases, there are alternative versions of other music videos but the differences are not as noticeable, simply another edit. One of these would be "Aku No Hana".

As Buck-Tick tends to work with the same people when recording albums, so do they with videos. For example, Tomoko Fujikane has mostly worked as a producer (Sabbat live videos and Six/Nine videos) but also directed the "Sabbat" music video.

Buck-Tick first worked with Wataru Hayashi (Whoop) when they made the videos for "Pleasure Land" and "Aku No Hana" and would go on to make several videos with him as well as work with his company on live videos.

Suguru Takeuchi began his directoral career with "Dizzy Moon".

Music video directors who have won awards (not for Buck-Tick videos though): Suguru Takeuchi (2000 Best Director, Space Shower MVA), Yasuyuki Yamaguchi (2006 Best Director, Space Shower MVA).

Most of these music videos are available as a compilation video that was released officially. The notes I wrote for those official compilation videos that pertain to individual music videos is being copied here for the sake of being comprehensive.

"My Eyes & Your Eyes" is not a music video itself, rather b-roll footage during the credits.

"Sexual XXXXX!" was filmed in some sort of brewery. "Dream or Truth" was filmed at the Chateau Okamiya. "Illusion" was filmed by Tokyo Tower.

Taken from Aku No Hana:
The video for "National Media Boys" features Russian on the screen: Alexan(der?), and lyrics phonetically spelled, not translated, "oh", "lalala", "insanity boy".

"I Love Lucy" is written on one of the dolls in the "Love Me" video.

The video for "Pleasure Land" consists of nature clips and does not feature Buck-Tick.

In the video for "Uta", Atsushi hints of being a madam, Hisashi is Kurt Cobain, Hide is Lenny Kravitz, U-ta is no one in particular, and Toll mimics the Beatles.

Atsushi's nails in "Romance" are fake and he had great difficulty functioning with fake nails, such as Hide had to help him eat.
