Below is a brief outline of Buck-Tick's discography; click on an item for in-depth details. Song title links point to lyrics which are in romaji for a few select songs. Eventually lyrics will be available for all Buck-Tick releases. Main releases and solo/side projects are listed directly below. Guest appearances and compilation albums are listed on the right.

Please note that the album version and single version of songs are usually slightly different. Sometimes this may simply be trimming the intro/outro for the single version to make it radio friendly. Other times it may be a different effect treatment for the vocals or a particular instrument. For example, try listening to the following songs, both their album and single (b-side) versions, which have obvious differences:

  • "Speed" (5 more seconds during intro for plane sound effect)
  • "Kodo" (listen to how the song fades in and out)
  • "Rakuen" (percussion effects, how the song fades in at 0:16 and how it fades out, dance beat vs. crunchy guitar)
  • "Kimi No Vanilla" (drum stick intro, backing vocals and vocal effects)
  • "Rasenchu" (ambient rhythm section versus rock band rhythm section)

* Buck-Tick's official web site counts Koroshi No Shirabe as a studio release but on my site I am only counting original works. This album is a re-working of existing material and is on par with the remix album Shapeless in my humble opinion. Instead I am counting the re-release of the indie album Hurry Up Mode, as it is an original studio release that was made accessible to all.

** These albums were re-released as the digital remaster edition in 2002. A box set was also available.

# The remasters were re-issued (along with a few more albums remastered for the first time) in 2007. A box was also available for the first few who bought all of the albums.
